The aluminum alloy casting production process:

Aluminum casting alloy is melted and casting flow is controlled steadily by maintaining the temperature.
Molten aluminum is cast into the die by gravitational force. In order to prevent defects arising from turbidity, we have installed a tilting casting machine that tilts the die when pouring the molten aluminum. This allows us to create high quality casting products.
After opening the die, the casting product is carried to the cooling bath by the ejection machine.
It is then cut using the chip saw cutting machine. After checking the inspection items it is taken to the product stower for shipment.
