We perform machining on iron and aluminum
casting products at our machining plant that has been added to our
foundry. We have set up a general purpose line to respond efficiently
to the processing needs of various products using the Toyota Production
System.

We assemble rubber bushing, stud bolts and
pulleys, which allows us to supply high value-added products to automobile
assembly plants. That is one of our strengths as an integrated casting
and processing manufacturer. |

This is the final inspection stage for products
that we have manufactured all the way from casting to processing and
assembly. |

Products that pass final inspection are
packaged in our standard packing style and shipped out. All processes
in our efficient supply system, up to and including shipping, make
use of the Toyota "just-in-time production" method. |
