The ductile iron casting manufacturing process:

We have electric induction furnaces of melting to provide a stable supply of molten iron materials from FC to FCD700. Because we are an integrated casting and processing manufacturer, we are able to Turning Reclamation produced by our machining plant by melting them down. This is one example of how we are actively pursuing recycling activities within the company.
The most suitable sand treatment method for each casting line is utilized, enabling stable molding. Because we manufacture various types of products, this keeps lost time from die changes down to a minimum. Our highly productive molding machines help us achieve cost reductions.
Each line has its own fan-type pouring machine for safe and precise pouring. This automatic process helps reduce our employees' exposure to high temperatures. We developed this pouring machine in-house, and it is also used at our plant in China.
After the products are shaken out and shot blasted, they are subdivided into their respective groups. The quality of each product is carefully and appropriately inspected, whether it be flash removal, dimension, visual, borescope or leak inspections. Anti-rust treatments such as cation electrodeposition coating are applied before sending the product to the machining plant.
