| Internal solidification morphology, which is hard to measure, can be estimated using coagulation analysis simulations with CAE, and an appropriate design plan can be set up. Simulations reduce the need for prototypes which rely on intuition and experience. These simulations are not only used to shorten the production preparation stage lead time and reduce costs but also as a tool to improve product quality. |
