| The life of a casting product is in the materials used. We carry out control at the lot unit level in each of our processes by performing instrumental analyses on each charge to ascertain composition and measuring the sphericity of each pouring. We also measure tensile strength, elongation, maximum load, deflection and material hardness with our universal tester. Finished products are also put through an impact machine and an abrasion tester to confirm quality. In addition to all of this, we have installed a high frequency furnace to develop new materials. Our aim is to manufacture products that are ahead of their time, and we put our continuous efforts into achieving it. |

What is Ductile Iron Casting (FCD)? This material is also called nodular graphite cast iron or spherical graphite cast iron. Unlike malleable cast iron, during casting it has nodular graphite. This nodular graphite has superior tensile strength and elongation and is stronger than regular cast iron. It also has superior ductility, and for these reasons it is used in many automobile parts, which require strength. We mass produce products that have superior mechanical properties even in the raw casting form by incorporating graphite spheroidizing (Mg treatment) into the melting process.
| 1. |
Internal defects are prevented because less dross and pinholes are produced. Complicated shapes are also easily manufactured. |
| 2. |
Stable, uniform quality is possible because mass effect is small and shperoidization is sustained. |
| 3. |
Strength and ductility are vastly superior and the castability is high, so its machinability is much better than that of steel. |
| 4. |
It is suitable for producing light weight parts and exhibits resistance to abrasion, shock, heat and pressure. It is used in many automobile parts and is perfect for various industrial machine parts, including electrical parts, as well. |

What is Gray Cast Iron (FC)? Gray cast iron is also called plain cast iron or even flaky graphite cast iron due to the shape of the graphite which looks like a group of flower petals. It has superior shock absorption capabilities (damping capacity), and the graphite serves as a lubricant. It is also good at conducting heat, so it allows frictional heat to escape easily, and the elastic coefficient is not that high. For these and other reasons, it is known as a good material for abrasion resistance. Gray cast iron is used in wear parts such as brakes, making use of this characteristic. We use it to manufacture automobile parts which require relatively high strength. |
